How much does Pitside cost?
It's free for fans to sign up, browse racer profiles, and view public posts. Paid subscription tiers are set by each racer, so prices vary depending on who you support. Racers pay no upfront or monthly fees — we take a 10% platform fee plus standard card processing on what they earn from supporters.
What is Pitside?
Pitside is where racing fans back the racers they love with monthly support. Racers build a profile, offer subscription tiers, and share exclusive content with their supporters. Fans get closer to the action, and racers get real funding for the season.
Do I need an account to browse?
You can explore racer profiles and public posts without an account. You'll need a free account to subscribe to a tier, and to like and comment on posts.

How do subscription tiers work?
Each racer sets their own tiers and prices, along with the perks each tier unlocks — like supporter-only posts, race-day debriefs, and behind-the-scenes updates from the pits. Pick the tier that fits how you want to support, and you'll get instant access to its benefits.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed securely. Supporters are charged monthly, and racers receive direct payouts to their connected bank accounts.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! Supporters can cancel their subscriptions at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

What does it cost to be a racer?
Creating your profile is free, with no monthly fees or hidden costs. We take a 10% platform fee on your earnings, plus standard card processing. We only earn when you do.
How do I get started as a racer?
Create your racing profile, set up your subscription tiers and prices, and connect a bank account to receive payouts. Once you're set up, share your profile with your fans and start building your community.
How often do racers get paid?
Racers receive payouts on a rolling basis. Funds are typically available within 2–7 business days after a successful payment.
Is there a limit on supporters or tiers?
No. You can have unlimited supporters and set your own tier prices. You're always in control of your pricing and can adjust your tiers as your community grows.
